Thanks to its indigenous grape varieties, today Georgia is able to create a wine with a character of its own which enjoys respect on the international wine market. The combination of Georgian wine tradition with Western quality standards was the top priority for Schuchmann Wines from day one. The new degree programme “Sustainable Viticulture” at the Jakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University has brought university education up to an international standard with the support of Heilbronn University.
 
From August 2009 you can sample the quality of our wines for yourself at a wine tasting event.
