This wine was fermented in amphoras for 20 days, matured in French barriques for twenty four months and finally bottled unfiltered. Appellation controlled red, naturally semi-sweet wine is made from the Saperavi grape variety grown in Kindzmarauli appellation. Dark ruby in color, reach with red berries and fruit. It is delicious with desserts and fruit.

Made from Saperavi grape variety from 30-50 years old vineyards. Wine was fermented in Kvevris. Kvevri is a clay pot made from Kakhetian clay type. Kvevris are completely buried in the ground for maintaining constant temperature during the whole winemaking processes. This is red wine has big potential of aging. Recommended with meat dishes and varieties cheese.
