Made from Saperavi grape variety from 30-50 years old vineyards. Wine was fermented in Kvevris. Kvevri is a clay pot made from Kakhetian clay type. Kvevris are completely buried in the ground for maintaining constant temperature during the whole winemaking processes. This is red wine has big potential of aging. Recommended with meat dishes and varieties cheese.
