Sparkling Wine

2008 Chardonnay sparkling wine, Brut. Made by «Méthode Traditionelle» with 12 month of bottle maturation on lees. Chardonnay grapes from the appellation Napareuli. Subtle, fresh apricot, peach, pear, crisp with a touch of walnut. Tangy, harmonious and elegant. Ideal as an aperitif and as well with meals.

Traditionelle Flaschengärung, 18 Monate Flaschenreife auf der Hefe. Chardonnay Trauben aus der Appellationszone Napareuli (linke Seite des Alazani-Fluss) Komplex, dezente hefige Note, frische Früchte. Spritzig, harmonisch und elegant, Ideal als Aperitif und auch als Speisenbegleiter.

This wine was fermented and matured for five months in traditional Georgian amphora’s and another twelve months in oak barriques. A wine with impressing personality and character. Golden yellow color, a fragrance of ripe peach and date´s, full bodied with elegance and an almost endless finish. Gold medalist at the WinExpo Georgia '09.

White semi sweet wine is made from Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grape varieties grown in Region of Kakheti. The wine has a light straw color, aromas of apples and ripe pears, with fine acidity and pleasant aftertaste. Recommended with fruit, cakes, nuts and other desserts.
