White Wine II

Mede from Rakatsiteli (80%) and Mtasvane (20%) grape varieties. With pleasant aromas of elder blossoms, white berries, apples and pears. This 2007 vintage is still fresh in nose and aftertaste.

Rkatsiteli is the white grape variety in Georgia. Due to its aroma of pear, apple and peach, its medium body and long finish this wine is convincing with every sip.

This wine was fermented and matured for five months in traditional Georgian amphora’s and another twelve months in oak barriques. A wine with impressing personality and character. Golden yellow color, a fragrance of ripe peach and date´s, full bodied with elegance and an almost endless finish. Gold medalist at the WinExpo Georgia '09.

White semi sweet wine is made from Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grape varieties grown in Region of Kakheti. The wine has a light straw color, aromas of apples and ripe pears, with fine acidity and pleasant aftertaste. Recommended with fruit, cakes, nuts and other desserts.
