Winemaker

Georgi Dakishvili was the third generation in his family to choose a career as a winemaker. His father had worked at Teliani state winery. From a tender age Georgi Dakishvili knew that winemaking would shape his life. And so, in his early years, he followed in the footsteps of his father, who took Georgi along with him wherever he went, teaching him right from the start the art and skills of traditional Georgian winemaking. On completion of his training as a winemaker and following a number of professional stays abroad, Georgi Dakishvili was additionally awarded the title of Enologist, thus completing his qualifications based on years of experience.
