Noble Georgian wines are made exclusively from Saperavi grape. Due to its intensive dark-red color is an acidic teinturier type grape variety native to Georgia. Saperavi of 2010 vintage produced by SWG is very specific. It was fermented in amphoras for 20 days, matured in French barriques for twenty four months and finally bottled unfiltered. A hand-crafted wine which combines centuries of traditions and modern elegance. A complex fragrance of cherry and cedar as well as hints of mint. Silky tannins which accompany a long lasting aromatic finish.
